The ZERO Z-PRO 18,000 BTU multi-zone system connects a single outdoor unit to 2 to 3 wall-mounted indoor units, each with its own thermostat. Ideal for a whole house, a floor or a duplex. SEER2 23, heating maintained down to −30 °C, R454B refrigerant.

Pick the number of zones above; the indoor unit combination (6,000 to 18,000 BTU each) and each line length are configured on the Kanartic product page. Available as Standard (installed by a technician) or DIY (quick connectors, pre-vacuumed line sets). Every indoor unit ships with its remote, and the whole system is controlled from the Wi-Fi app. Warranty: 10 years on the GMCC compressor, 5 years on parts.

How many rooms can the 18,000 BTU unit serve?

2 to 3 indoor units, in the combinations offered on the Kanartic page (6,000 to 18,000 BTU each). The sum of indoor units can slightly exceed the outdoor capacity, since they rarely all run at full load at once.

Does each room get its own temperature?

Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and setpoint, and everything can also be controlled from the Wi-Fi app.

Standard or DIY for a multi-zone?

DIY works the same way as the single-zone units: pre-vacuumed line sets and quick connectors for each indoor unit. Standard is installed by a technician.

Is it eligible for rebates?

Yes, in both versions: the installer’s invoice for Standard, or Kanartic’s in-home commissioning service for DIY, with an official invoice.
